Your mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy. I’m an expert in mental and emotional fitness.
I help high-achieving leaders unlock their potential, craft healthy high-performance and amplify impactful leadership.
All 1-2-1 coaching is done virtually. Typically, we meet for 90 minutes once per month as part of 6-12 month packages.
2. Leadership Development
Crafting authentic leaders and engaged teams.
Empowered leaders, a positive culture and high-performance teams. Insightful content, real-time context and utilising the collective wisdom.
No role plays. Let’s play real.
All programmes are bespoke and co-created with senior people leaders.
These can be in-person and/or virtual, ranging from one-off workshops up to 12-month+ journeys.
3. Team Performance
Creating safe space for the big conversations.
I partner with senior teams as a facilitator and coach. Building relationships, trust and collaboration, co-creating the future and nudging conversations.
This work is often with C-Suite and senior leadership teams.
I work closely with the head of that team before, during and beyond any team sessions.

How it works.
Step 1
Schedule a FREE exploratory conversation.
If you’re an individual looking for a coach, think of it as a zero-commitment free coaching session to gain some clarity and ask any questions.
If you represent an organisation, think of it as a confidential sounding board and outside perspective to discuss how you can best invest in your leaders.
Step 2
If we hit it off, we make a plan.
You might need to have a think and bounce it off some other people. I might need to craft a proposal based on our conversations and send it over. We might just decide we’re good to go and start scheduling things.
Step 3
We embark on an adventure.
If we’re coaching, you’ll be on your way to gaining clarity, flying higher and feeling lighter.

Coaching is a structured conversation designed to help individuals set goals, overcome obstacles, and achieve personal or professional growth.
I’m also a qualified psychologist, have training in psychotherapy and am an expert on the human elements of leadership.

Typically, we will meet for 90 minutes around once per month. These conversations are confidential, even if the organisation is paying for them.
We spend time early on defining what success looks like for you. There may be an over-arching theme over the long term, or we might focus on specific aspirations and challenges in real time.

Sometimes, people come for a thinking partner around big organisational themes.
Sometimes, people come to be more effective leaders and manage their teams better.
Sometimes, it’s more around personal performance, mental and emotional fitness, and topics that include confidence, habits, imposter syndrome, overwhelm, work/life integration, or career transitions.

A 6-month (6×90min sessions) package with email/WhatsApp support between sessions is £4000+VAT.
A 12-month (12x) package with email/WhatsApp support between sessions is £7500+VAT.
For multiple clients within the same organisation I offer discounted block rates or a retainer option.
