I’m a leadership psychologist and executive coach, and I do 3 things, often together:

Executive Coaching

Insightful thinking space for high-performers.

Your mind can be your greatest asset or your saboteur. I specialise in mental and emotional fitness to help high-achieving leaders get clearer, calmer and braver.

All 1:1 coaching is delivered virtually, usually in 60-90 minute sessions once or twice a month, structured within 6–12 month packages for lasting transformation.

Leadership Development

Crafting authentic leaders and engaged teams.

I help create empowered leaders, positive cultures, and high-performing teams. I bring insightful content, real-time context, and harness the power of collective wisdom.

No role plays. I focus on what’s real, practical, and immediately impactful.

All programmes are bespoke and co-created with senior leaders, tailored to your organisation’s needs.

I deliver in-person, virtually, or as a blend of both—ranging from one-off workshops to 12-month+ transformational journeys.

Creating safe space for the big conversations.

I partner with senior teams as both facilitator and coach, building relationships, fostering trust, and enhancing collaboration while guiding meaningful, forward-looking conversations.

This work is with C-Suite and senior leadership teams.

I collaborate closely with the team lead before, during, and after each session to ensure alignment, continuity, and lasting impact.
